The pictures illustrating the products do not enter the contractual field and may not lead to any compromise by Tejidos Europa.
In Tejidos Europa we reserve the right to modify the commercial offer of the portal (changes to products, prices, promotions and other sales and service) at any time, although such changes will not apply to contracts already made.
How to order
To order in http://tejidoseuropa.com/ select the products you want to buy that go adding in the shopping cart. Selected units (which enables you to increase, decrease or even erase), unit price in euros, shipping and total order price before and after tax: in the cart all the information about your order is given. Once accepted the shopping cart will be directed to the identification or registration process in the case of first purchase. To confirm the order you must validate the form with your personal data together with the shipping address of the order and accepting these contract terms.

Payment Methods
Orders placed on http://tejidoseuropa.com/ can be paid by these two options:
-With financial card (one card with SSL security system, Visa, Mastercard or 4B): When you select this option payment goes straight into the bank's payment gateway and data input you can only see the bank. Tejidos Europa has no access to bank customer data.
-By Bank transfer: the transfer must be done within 5 business days after placing the order (in case you have not received confirmation of it and within that period, the order will be canceled). The concept of transfer should reflect your order number and name. Transfer the need to enter the following account of B. If your order is composed of several products the payment will be applied to all of them. Once you processed your order we will send you an e-mail confirming your order and data.
Price and availability of products
A purchase is not final until it is accepted by Tejidos Europa. Tejidos Europa reserves the right of admission and cancellation of any order and can return the amount paid by the customer and shall be exempt from any further obligation. Orders will be processed in order of receipt, in accordance with Article 9 of the Spanish Retail Trade Act.
If exhausted the stock of a requested product, the customer will be informed and will offer products similar to that requested or will refund the cost of products.
Product shipping
Tejdios Europa not send any product to verify that it has made the payment. If a delivery is delayed more than 5 business days, Fabrics Europe will contact the client to communicate and give you the option to cancel the order and receive their money back immediately by bank transfer or reverse the charge of financial card , according to the method used for payment. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be no delivery service and counted as non- working days.
Returns
During the first 14 business days of receiving an order, the customer can return a product if it meets the following conditions:
Repayment terms for private clients
Individual customers, according to the right of withdrawal referred to in Article 18 of Royal Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, will have a period of 14 working days from receipt of the order to notify his desire to withdraw from one or various products of your order. All merchandise must be returned in perfect condition, if not unsealed, with its original packaging in perfect condition and all its accessories, as we have received. We do not accept returns of used or tested products. Returns must be delivered to the address of Tejidos Europa indicated below, within 7 days from the date of acceptance of the return. Otherwise it will be rejected and returned. Transportation expenses incurred in the return shall be borne by the customer. Conflict Resolution
Insofar as permitted by law, the parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may apply, agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the city of Barcelona
